Free Advertising Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply if we accept your FREE advertising listing at CoastShop.  These conditions aim to ensure the content on our site is of a high quality, up-to-date, not offensive or inappropriate for our site visitors. In general, we are a family orientated site and therefore our content can be viewed by all ages.

1) Your site must not advertise or sell any adult products that are not suitable for family viewing

2) Your web site must have a dedicated website address for your business or company. (i.e no free websites or web sites on a shared domain)

3) You must be a registered Australian business with an Australian ABN.

4) Your business web site must contain information related to Australian accommodation, shopping, entertainment and/or tourism

5) Your listing must include a landline phone number (no Mobiles) that is associated with your business or company

6) Your email address (when you request a basic listing advertisement) must be associated with your business or company website address

We reserve the right not to advertise or to remove any website from Coastshop which is brought to our attention that violates our website content guidelines, or otherwise is in violation of the law.

Customer Web Sites must not contain:

• material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind;
  
• material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity;
  
• instructional information about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual;
  
• Defaming any person or group;
  
• Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age;
  
• breach acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement;
  
• Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your website.
