Before linking to the Coastshop website (www.Coastshop.com.au) you should agree to the following terms and conditions
1. You may only display the Logo on your Web site, and only in the form provided. The Content must always include an active link to Coastshop (www.coastshop.com.au) as provided by Coastshop.
2. You may only display the Logo on your site if it makes accurate references to Coastshop and its services or otherwise provide adequate context that the Logo is not an endorsement of your site.
3. Your website title and trademarks and logos must be as least as prominent as the Logo. You may not display the Logo in any manner that suggests Coastshop sponsors or endorses the site or that it is licensed by Coastshop.
4. You cannot modify or alter the Logo, including without limitation, size, proportions, color, presentation, elements, or appearance, in any manner.
5. The Logo must appear by itself with a minimum spacing (the height of the logo) between each side of the Logo and any other graphic or textual elements on your page.
6. The Logo may not be used as a design element of another logo. You may not use the Logo for promotional goods or for products which in the reasonable judgement of Coastshop, may diminish or otherwise damage Coastshop, including but not limited to uses which could be deemed to be inappropriate or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or which purpose or objective is to encourage unlawful activities.
7. These policies do not grant a license or any other right in Coastshop's logos and trademarks. Coastshop reserves the right to terminate or modify permission the current conditions at any time.
8. Coastshop reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these policies, infringes any Coastshop intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable laws.
9. The placement of the Logo on your site shall not grant you any other rights in the Logo or the goodwill therein. Coastshop expressly disclaims any warranties that may be express or implied by law regarding the Logo including warranties against infringement.
