Chaelundi National Park Camp SitesChaelundi National Park is inland from the north coast of NSW (west of Coffs Harbour), approximately 620 km north of Sydney. There are two access points on the Armidale Grafton road. There's a good quality access route via Boundary Creek Road, just south of Nymboida. Or turn off about 10 km west of Nymboida for access via dirt roadsDoon Goonge Camping Area (10 sites)This camping area offers a peaceful and remote, riverside camping experience. Relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the river-bank or set off bushwalking into the Chaelundi Wilderness Area. 10 sites are available for camper trailers. Getting there: The campground is accessed via the steep 4wd Chandlers Fire Trail, or from Quartz road. Visitors are required to book in advance, pay a camping fee, obtain a vehicle permit and a key to the locked gates.
