Guy Fawkes River National Park Camp SitesGuy Fawkes River National Park is 60 kilometres north-west of Dorrigo, off the Armidale to Grafton Road. Some routes into the park are along dirt roads and through private property obtain permission from landowners before crossing their propertyChaelundi campgroundThis campground is set amid a forest of gums and stringybarks, beside the delightful Chaelundi Creek. The creek is home to rare New England tree frogs - please don't pollute the water with soap, toothpaste or detergent. From the campground, you can swim and take easy walks with spectacular views. Getting there: Take Sheep Station Creek Road at Dundurrabin. Alternatively, take Marengo Road from Hernani, on the Armidale-Grafton road. Facilities: picnic tables, non-flush toilets Water supply: Water is available in the creek - boil before drinking.
