Tully Gorge National Park Camp Site

Located 175km south of Cairns or 35km north-west of Tully.

Tully Gorge campground is located next to the Tully River. Here you can see a range of wildlife including pythons, lizards and possums. A gas barbecue, covered picnic areas, toilets, and cold showers are provided. The site is wheel chair accessible. Be prepared for the weather as the days can be warm and the nights can become cool. This campground does not have powered sites and the use of generators is not permitted. Tully State Forest Park is in cassowary territory, Be Cass-O-Wary.

Whilst camping at Tully Gorge the visitor has the opportunity to take the rainforest butterfly walk and view an array of beautiful butterflies. This walk is 375m return and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Camping permits are available both online and on park. We advise you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
