Orford is a holiday resort town at the estuary of the Prosser River. Good spot for scuba diving and fishing. Maria Island can be reached via a ferry which departs from Orford four times daily. South of Orford is the Wielangata Forest Drive, where you can walk on a boardwalk through an ancient section of rainforest.
