The Parks rainforest areas cater for a large number of protected species. These include Loveridge's Frog, Glossy Black-Cockatoo, Wompoo Fruit-Dove, Regent Honeyeater, Albert's Lyrebird, Brush-tailed Phascogale, Brush-tailed Rock-wallaby, Red-legged Pademelon, Koala, Long-nosed Potoroo, Red-bellied Black Snake, Beech Skink, Land Mullet, Eastern Water Skink & Carpet or Diamond Python
