3) You must be a registered Australian business with an ATO ABN.

We reserve the right not to advertise or to remove any website from Coastshop which is brought to our attention that violates our website content guidelines, or otherwise is in violation of the law.

• material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity;

• Defaming any person or group;
  
• Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age;
  
• breach acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement;
  
• Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your website;
