Braidwood,

Historic gold town with many of its early Georgian buildings still in evidence.
Dr Thomas Braidwood Wilson received one of the early land grants and the town
was laid out in 1839.
| The Southern Tablelands town of Braidwood is above the NSW South Coast, halfway between Canberra and Batemans Bay on the Kings Highway. An historic gold town built on the side of a gentle hill.
