Manning Point is perched on a spit on the mouth of the Manning River about
30 km south-east of Taree, the Point is an alternative to popular fishing
resorts. The Point is a key part of the Manning Valley. Surfers can choose
from the surf at Manning Point, Old Bar, Saltwater, Diamond Beach, Hallidays
Point, Harrington or Crowdy Head.
