Byron has a wonderful hinterland with beautiful beaches. Barrington Tops region has over1,200 sq km of unspoilt wilderness. Coffs Harbour is where the Great Dividing Range meets the sea. Hunter Valley has world-class wineries with great food and boutique accommodation. Lake Macquarie has a lakes network that is four times bigger than the Sydney Harbour.
