Woy Woy, NSW

Woy Woy is a coastal town, 90 km north of Sydney and 10 km south of Gosford. It's a popular holiday and long weekend destination, with wonderful fishing, boating, sailing and family beach locations.

While it remained a fishing village until the post WWII population boom - the township is now a major port of call on the Central Coast.

Satellite villages include Umina, Ocean Beach, Ettalong, secluded Pearl Beach and Patonga. Nearby Brisbane Waters National Park and Bouddi National Park are excellent for bushwalking and quiet beach retreats.

Woy Woy Hotel is built from some of the ten million bricks left over after the building of Australia’s longest rail tunnel, 1768m on the Sydney line.
