Sanctuary Cove on Hope Island is built on a mangrove swamp on the Coomera
River on the northern end of the Gold Coast tourist strip, the Cove embraces
a world-class marina, a quaint Marine Village, a boutique brewery, five-star
resort hotel, an array of restaurants offering a wide choice of cuisine and
two, 18-hole golf courses.
The Palms is a public course on Hope Island, but the Arnold Palmer-designed
The Pines is open only to members and their guests. Street theatre and entertainment
enlivens Sanctuary Cove weekends. The Cove has direct access to the Coomera
River and the Broadwater - a protected sweep of turquoise, safe boating water
which stretches from Southport on the Gold Coast to Moreton Bay and Brisbane.
